Danger
Battery electrolyte contains sulfuric acid which is a
deadly poison and causes severe burns.
• Do not drink electrolyte and avoid contact with
skin, eyes or clothing. Wear safety glasses to
shield your eyes and rubber gloves to protect
your hands.
• Fill the battery where clean water is always
available for flushing the skin.
Fuses
There are 7 fuses in the machines electrical system. They
are located below the operators control panel (Fig. 66
and 67).

Optional Lighting
Important If optional lighting is be added to the
traction unit, use the schematic in Figure 68 and part
numbers listed below to prevent damage to the traction
units electrical system.

A Relay Wire Harness (Toro Part No. 77-4200) is available
for use when adding electrical accessories such as lights.
Note: When adding a Relay Wire Harness, connect the
wires as follows:
Blue wire to accessory
Red wire to power source
Black wire to ground
Gray wire to on/off switch
Black, red, and orange wires are located in the control
console.
Add a 10 amp. fuse to the fuse block at the location shown.
Do no exceed the fuse rating.
