Usethistestertotestthehydrauliccircuitsandcomponents
forowandpressurecapacitiesasrecommendedinT esting
theHydraulicSystem(page6–56).Thistesterincludesthe
following:
InletHose–Thishoseconnectsthesystemcircuittotheinlet
sideofthehydraulictester.
LoadValve–Turnthevalvetorestricttheowtocreatea
simulatedworkingloadinthecircuit.
PressureGauge–Aglycerinelledpressuregauge0to
34,500kPa(0to5,000psi)toprovideoperatingcircuit
pressure.
FlowMeter–Thismetermeasurestheactualuidowinthe
operatingcircuitwithagaugeratedat5to55L/minute(1
to15gallons/minute).
OutletHose–Ahosefromtheoutletsideofthehydraulic
testerthatconnectstothehydraulicsystemcircuit.
