•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected
intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.
•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Thereservoirislledatthefactorywithhigh-quality
hydraulicuid.Thebesttimetocheckthehydraulic
oiliswhentheuidiscold.Themachineshouldbein
itstransportconguration.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,shutofftheengine,engagethe
parkingbrake,andremovethekey.
2.Cleantheareaaroundthellerneckandthe
capofthehydraulictank(Figure66).
