TheT oroCompanyanditsafliate,T oroWarrantyCompany,pursuant
toanagreementbetweenthem,jointlywarrantyourT oroCommercial
Product(“Product”)tobefreefromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship
fortwoyearsor1500operationalhours*,whicheveroccursrst.Where
awarrantableconditionexists,wewillrepairtheProductatnocostto
youincludingdiagnosis,labor,parts,andtransportation.Thiswarranty
beginsonthedatetheProductisdeliveredtotheoriginalretailpurchaser.

YouareresponsiblefornotifyingtheCommercialProductsDistributoror
AuthorizedCommercialProductsDealerfromwhomyoupurchasedthe
Productassoonasyoubelieveawarrantableconditionexists.Ifyouneed
helplocatingaCommercialProductsDistributororAuthorizedDealer,or
ifyouhavequestionsregardingyourwarrantyrightsorresponsibilities,

OwnerResponsibilities
AstheProductowner,youareresponsibleforrequiredmaintenanceand
adjustmentsstatedinyouroperator’smanual.Failuretoperformrequired
maintenanceandadjustmentscanbegroundsfordisallowingawarranty
claim.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthewarrantyperiod
aredefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Thisexpresswarrantydoesnot
coverthefollowing:
•Productfailureswhichresultfromtheuseofnon-T ororeplacement
parts,orfrominstallationanduseofadd-on,modied,orunapproved
accessories
•Productfailureswhichresultfromfailuretoperformrequired
maintenanceand/oradjustments
•ProductfailureswhichresultfromoperatingtheProductinanabusive,
negligentorrecklessmanner
•Partssubjecttoconsumptionthroughuseunlessfoundtobedefective.
Examplesofpartswhichareconsumed,orusedup,duringnormal
Productoperationinclude,butarenotlimitedto,blades,reels,
bedknives,tines,sparkplugs,castorwheels,tires,lters,belts,and
certainsprayercomponentssuchasdiaphragms,nozzles,andcheck
valves,etc.
•Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence.Itemsconsideredtobeoutside
inuenceinclude,butarenotlimitedto,weather,storagepractices,
contamination,useofunapprovedcoolants,lubricants,additives,or
chemicals,etc.
•Normal“wearandtear”items.Normal“wearandtear”includes,butis
notlimitedto,damagetoseatsduetowearorabrasion,wornpainted
surfaces,scratcheddecalsorwindows,etc.
Parts
Partsscheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenancearewarranted
fortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacementtimeforthatpart.
PartsreplacedunderthiswarrantybecomethepropertyofT oro.T orowill
makethenaldecisionwhethertorepairanyexistingpartorassemblyor
replaceit.Toromayusefactoryremanufacturedpartsratherthannewparts
forsomewarrantyrepairs.
GeneralConditions
RepairbyanAuthorizedT oroDistributororDealerisyoursoleremedy
underthiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidentalorconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythiswarranty,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletion
ofrepairsunderthiswarranty.ExceptfortheEmissionswarranty
referencedbelow,ifapplicable,thereisnootherexpresswarranty.All
impliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandtnessforusearelimitedto
thedurationofthisexpresswarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
exclusionsandlimitationsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
Noteregardingenginewarranty:TheEmissionsControlSystemonyour
Productmaybecoveredbyaseparatewarrantymeetingrequirements
establishedbytheU.S.EnvironmentalProtectionAgency(EPA)and/orthe
CaliforniaAirResourcesBoard(CARB).Thehourlimitationssetforthabove
donotapplytotheEmissionsControlSystemWarranty.RefertotheEngine
EmissionControlWarrantyStatementprintedinyouroperator’smanualor
containedintheenginemanufacturer’sdocumentationfordetails.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsexportedfromtheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroDistributor(Dealer)toobtain
guaranteepoliciesforyourcountry,province,orstate.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor’sserviceorhavedifcultyobtaining
guaranteeinformation,contacttheToroimporter.Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactusatT oroWarrantyCompany.
