IftheinputLEDsarecorrect,checktheoutputLED.IftheoutputLEDisilluminatedbutthedeviceisnot
energized,measuretheavailablevoltageattheoutputdevice,thecontinuityofthedisconnecteddevice,and
thepotentialvoltageonthegroundcircuit(oatingground).Repairswillvarydependingonyourndings.
