1) Conrad Electronic will, at its own discreon, either repair or replace free of charge any new product (including parts) falling
into the above categories that develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing error or material failure within the warranty
term starng from the date of original purchase with a similar and contemporary product. Wear parts (such as baeries, light
bulbs etc.) are covered for a period of 6 months starng from the date of purchase.
If you want to make a claim, please return the product together with a detailed descripon of the fault and the purchase
receipt.

The present warranty terms and condions do not aect your statutory rights.
2) This warranty does not cover damages to the product resulng from inappropriate use, improper ng, unauthorised
disassembly, repair or modicaon, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instrucons.
3) This warranty does not cover any loss of data, or any kind of damages resulng from loss of data.
4) If replacing or repairing an item is not an opon (for economical or other reasons) we will reimburse the purchase price of the
item. The decision whether to repair or replace an item, or to reimburse the customer is enrely le to Conrad Electronic’s
discreon. Refunding the purchase price of an item also constutes that Conrad Electronic has met his contractual obligaons
in full.
5) Replacement or repair of a product under the present warranty does not extend or restart the warranty period.
6) All warranty claims require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice clearly stang the purchase date.
This warranty applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
7) If Conrad Electronic replaces or refunds goods under the present warranty, a) any replacement item/refund will remain the
property of Conrad Electronic unl the customer receives the replacement item/refund, b) the faulty item will remain the
property of the customer unl Conrad Electronic receives the returned faulty item.
8) The present warranty terms and condions do not aect your statutory rights resulng from entering into a purchase
agreement with us. This especially applies to any exisng consumer rights which will not be invalidated by the present
warranty terms.
If the product you bought turns out to be faulty, you will be protected by statutory rights under consumer law regardless of
whether or not the fault in queson is covered by the warranty, and irrespecve of whether or not you are making a claim.
