1) Conrad Electronic will, at its own discreon, either repair or replace free of charge any new product (including parts) falling
into the above categories that develops a fault as a result of a manufacturing error or material failure within the warranty
term starng from the date of original purchase with a similar and contemporary product. Wear parts (such as baeries, light
bulbs etc.) are covered for a period of 6 months starng from the date of purchase.
If you want to make a claim, please return the product together with a detailed descripon of the fault and the purchase
receipt.

The present warranty terms and condions do not aect your statutory rights.
2) This warranty does not cover damages to the product resulng from inappropriate use, improper ng, unauthorised
disassembly, repair or modicaon, or failure to follow the manufacturers instrucons.
3) This warranty does not cover any loss of data, or any kind of damages resulng from loss of data.
4) If replacing or repairing an item is not an opon (for economical or other reasons) we will reimburse the purchase price of the
item. The decision whether to repair or replace an item, or to reimburse the customer is enrely le to Conrad Electronic’s
discreon. Refunding the purchase price of an item also constutes that Conrad Electronic has met his contractual obligaons
in full.
5) Replacement or repair of a product under the present warranty does not extend or restart the warranty period.
6) All warranty claims require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or invoice clearly stang the purchase date.
This warranty applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
7) If Conrad Electronic replaces or refunds goods under the present warranty, a) any replacement item/refund will remain the
property of Conrad Electronic unl the customer receives the replacement item/refund, b) the faulty item will remain the
property of the customer unl Conrad Electronic receives the returned faulty item.
8) The present warranty terms and condions do not aect your statutory rights resulng from entering into a purchase
agreement with us. This especially applies to any exisng consumer rights which will not be invalidated by the present
warranty terms.
If the product you bought turns out to be faulty, you will be protected by statutory rights under consumer law regardless of
whether or not the fault in queson is covered by the warranty, and irrespecve of whether or not you are making a claim.
