Description
A professional grade heavy-bodied fibered asphalt
roof coating. This material will seal most small
cracks, joints, seams and nail holes. This coating
is highly resistant to water and other types of
weathering damage. Use for roofs or foundations,
above or below grade. Dries Black.

Surface Preparation
Clean surface with brush or broom, removing all
loose sediment and dirt. Nail down any loose
parts. Repair any leaking or weak areas with
SealBest Roof Cement and SealBest Reinforcing
Fabric repair material.
Application
Coat entire surface area with SealBest Fibered Roof
Coating. For best results, apply a uniform coating
with roofing brush when surface is dry. One coat
provides year round protection. Do not apply if rain
is imminent within 24 hours of application.
Drying Time
Allow 24 hours depending on weather conditions.
Clean Up
Clean tools with mineral spirits or kerosene in a
well ventilated area immediately after use.

Coverage (Approximate)
Metal Roofing: 60-70 sq. ft. per gallon
Felt or Composition: 50-60 sq. ft. per gallon
Concrete or Masonry Surfaces: 25-50 sq. ft. per
gallon
Strip Composition or Dried Out Roofing: 25-50 sq.
ft. per gallon
Precautions
Do Not Freeze
Do Not Store at Temperatures Below 50 ºF
CAUTION! COMBUSTIBLE
Do not heat or thin! Apply in a well ventilated
area. Do not use where hydrostatic pressures
may be encountered. Do not store container at
temperatures above 100 ºF. Do not apply over coal
tar surfaces.
IF MATERIAL APPEARS TOO STIFF DURING COLD
WEATHER, KEEP IN WARM AREA BEFORE USING.
KEEP CONTAINER TIGHTLY CLOSED WHEN NOT IN
USE. STIR BEFORE AND DURING USE
