Claims for Damage
All claims for damage or shortages must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt of shipments. Call
out customer service department at 800-829-6888 for authorization and RA#. All returns must be
authorized. The RA# must be written on the outside of all returned cartons. Our shipping Department
will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA#. Credit balances on accounts must be used
with six (6) months and can only be used towards merchandise.
