Installation Guide

PREPARING THE MIRROR PREPARING THE WALL HANGING THE MIRROR
WARNING: Do not use wire between
the hangers to hang the mirror from a
single screw.
1. For oval, rectangular, and octagonal mirrors,
determine orientation of installation.
If hanging horizontally, swivel Hanger A
one-quarter turn to align it with Hanger B.
2. Apply rubber bumpers near the bottom of
the back of the mirror.
3. Measure the distance between the centers
of the hangers on the back of the mirror.
Mark these two points on the wall using a
level.
Gypsum wallboard or concrete wall: Drill
holes using a 1/4-inch drill bit. Use
masonry bit for concrete walls. With a
hammer, gently tap each anchor into the
holes until flush with the wall surface.
Solid wood walls: Drill holes using a 1/8-
inch wood drill bit. Anchors are not
necessary.
4. Install a screw into each anchor (if installing
in wallboard or concrete) until the head of
the screw is approximately 1/4-inch away
from the wall.
5. Test the screws by pulling outward and
downward to ensure they are securely
installed. The screws and anchors must
remain firmly in place to ensure a safe
installation.
6. Hang the mirror on the screws using the
hangers on the back of the mirror.
