TO TIE DOWN
1. Insert strap through slot A and take up slack
2. Push down and pull up handle B to work the ratchet until the strap is as tight as
necessary
3. Push handle B down to lock. Your tie down is now locked.
TO RELEASE
1. Pull back on the quick release (C) and hold.
2. Pull handle B up and over to a fully open position
3. Pull tie-down up to loosen strap and remove strap from slot A.
