Single-Chip Monolithic Thermopile Sensor in WCSP
TMP006
TMP006 functional block diagram
The TMP006 is an infrared thermopile sensor that measures the temperature of an
object without the need to make contact with the object. The sensor has an object
temperature range from –40°C to +125°C to enable use in a wide range of applications.
Low power consumption along with low operating voltage enables system
power savings.
