• NanoPave Hardscaoe Sealer (NPHS) is a color enhancing
sealant recommended for use on hardscape walkways, patios,
and other foot traffic areas. It is not recommended for
vehicular traffic applications.
• NPHS should be installed within an ambient and surface
temperature range of 40°-90°F. Shaded, low sunlight, or colder
areas will lengthen cure times. Conversely, direct sun, warmer
areas will shorten cure times. Avoid temperatures at or below
freezing or above 100°F for NPHS curing phase or storage.
• NPHS is a water-based formulation. The curing phase is
dependent upon complete evaporation of the water
component (usually 6-12 hours in optimal conditions).
• To increase sheen to desired aesthetic, additional coats of
NPHS may be applied at twice the initial application rate, once
cured. Additional coats may darken surface.
• Coverage rate is dependent on hardscape surface and
porosity. See Coverage Chart for more information or visit

• ALWAYS PERFORM A TEST SECTION USING RECOMMENDED
INSTALLATION METHODS TO CONFIRM SUITABILITY OF
MATERIALS AND PROJECT CONDITIONS!
• NanoPave Hardscape Sealer (NPHS) may be installed on
damp surfaces. Avoid excessively wet conditions or standing
water. Do not install NPHS within 24-48 hours before or
after rainfall.
• Hardscape surface must be clean, dry, and free of debris.
• Remove or treat any stains, efflorescence, or existing
sealants using appropriate cleaning agents prior to NPHS
application.
• Indoor applications require adequate ventilation.
• Mask or shield any adjacent surfaces in case of overspray.
• Applying additional coats of NPHS can cause some
hardscape surfaces to become slippery in wet conditions.
• During application, avoid foaming sealer. If foaming
occurs, distribute the liquid evenly before curing using a
squeegee.
• Keep project area free from any moisture or foot traffic
until fully cured (6-12 hours in optimal conditions).
• Clean all tools immediately after use with a soft bristle
brush and rinse with water.

Apply NPHS to concrete surface using a low
pressure sprayer (40 PSI), and evenly apply over
entire surface using the recommended coverage
rate.
