The P 100 machine uses a
pneumatic power unit together
with product specific “quick
change” tooling packs.
The Insertion heads can be
supplied with a rotary insertion
finger that can apply products
at different angles without
decreasing the insertion rate.
The tooling packs can be
exchanged within 30 minutes
to meet your full range of
application requirements.
The operator interface is an
easy to use touch-screen
which allows simple
programming and automatic
setup.
