Connector Seating & Depanelling Equipment

The range of Connector Seating machines contains a CSM 100

and the SEP-3T to press a board onto a connector or into a

housing and the CSM 200 to press several connectors onto a

panel.

To singulate populated PCBs Tyco Electronics offers a singulation

press, a manually loaded router, in-line depanelling machines

with router, saw or laser. The router offers high precision with

shortest cycle times because of the use of linear motors in

all axes.

All systems are characterized by high efficiency and flexible

programming combined with automatic quality monitoring during

the process.
