Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies Fiber Trunk Solutions 24-FIBER MPOPTIMATE SYSTEM FOR 10/40/100 MIGRATION Bandwidth and storage demand is expanding at a breathtaking rate. The environment is rapidly evolving. The impact on data center design and management is profound. Networks will migrate from 10 to 40 to 100 Gigabit/ second Ethernet speeds dynamically, and data center managers and designers need to be able to manage this migration to maximize network efficiency and responsiveness while minimizing cost.
Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies FIBER Universal Connectivity Platform (UCP) 24-Fiber 10 Gigabit Interconnect The 10 Gigabit Interconnect Solution, like all of the planned migration designs, employs a 24-fiber optical trunk with a single MPO-type connector at each end. A trunk interfaces with the rear of a 24-fiber UCP cassette that breaks out the trunk fibers into twelve duplex LC connections at the front, supporting 24 fibers per cassette.
Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies TE Connectivity's plug-and-play MPO trunk assemblies are round 12-fiber optical trunk cables pre-terminated with a high-density MPO connector on both ends. They can be used in conjunction with any of the other plug-and-play connectivity products to rapidly deploy fiber into a data center or Local Area Network (LAN). The microcable assemblies can simply be plugged into any plug-and-play cassette or fiber enclosure which eliminates the need for on-site fiber termination.
Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies FIBER TE’s High Fiber Count Plug-and-Play Trunks TE’s high fiber count plug-and-play trunks provide the backbone cabling for TE's Plug-and-Play system. These high count trunk cables come pre-terminated with a high-density MPO connectors on both ends and provide an easy and efficient way to pull large numbers of fibers at one time to help in the rapid deployment of the Plug-and-Play system either in the data center or Local Area Network (LAN).
Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies TE’s High Fiber Count Plug-and-Play Array Cables FIBER TE’s 12-fiber plug-and-play array cables provide a convenient and efficient method to connect active equipment into the network. These 12-fiber round 3 mm cables contain a pre-terminated high-density MPO pinned connector on one end and either LC or SC connectors on the other.

Fiber Fiber Cable Assemblies Assembly Length FIBER Measured from tip of connector A ferrule to tip of connector B ferrule. The unit of measure is dependent on the selection in position 12. Each pair of subunits beyond the first two will be 2" longer on each end of the assembly, as shown (this allows a smaller pulling sock to be used). Breakout Length Choose the breakout length for each end. An entry of BF will result in 13.75" on the left and 25" on the right.
