Application
The komax MCI 711is a crimp terminator
that can be integrated perfectly into our
crimp to crimp machines. Unlike conven-
tional crimping units, the MCI 711 does
not require several different interfaces and
connecting cables. A single MCI interface
handles it all.
High Level of Operating Convenience
Superb operating comfort and conven-
ience are guaranteed by the innovative
OMI (Operator Machine Interface) which
has just two keys and a digital potentio-
meter. The quick lever system is part of
the standard version too.
Integrated Quality Surveillance
The integrated crimp force analyzer in-
corporates the very latest technological
findings.The display of the crimping curve
on the OMI is a standard feature. The
monitoring unit is fully compatible to the
crimp force analyzer CFA 326.
Flexibility Worldwide
The MCI 711 can be run on a variety of
voltage networks, from 1 x 110 V to 3 x
480 V. The stroke is programmable be-
tween 10 and 40 mm.
Interfaces for Module Accessories
Interfaces for terminal dereeler, end-of-
terminal detection, external carrier strip
cutter, etc. are all included as standards
and their parameters can all be set using
the OMI.

Anwendungsbereich
Die komax MCI 711 ist ein Crimpmodul,
daß sich ideal in unsere Gesamtsysteme
einbinden läßt. Was bei konventionellen
Lösungen mehrere Schnittstellen mit eini-
gen Verbindungskabeln fordert, wird bei
diesem Modul durch eine einzige MCI-
Schnittstelle bewerkstelligt.
Hoher Bedienkomfort
Das innovative OMI (Operator Machine
Interface) mit nur zwei Tasten und einem
digitalen Potentiometer garantiert höch-
sten Bedienkomfort.Die Schnellspannvor-
richtung für das Crimpwerkzeug gehört
ebenfalls zur Standardausrüstung.
Integrierte Qualitätsüberwachung
Die integrierte Crimpkraftüberwachung ist
nach den neuesten technischen Erkennt-
nissen entwickelt worden. Zur Standard-
ausrüstung gehört auch das Darstellen der
Crimpkurve auf dem OMI. Diese Überwa-
chung ist voll kompatibel zur Crimpkraft-
überwachung CFA 326.
Weltweite Flexibilität
Die MCI 711 kann an verschiedene Span-
nungsnetze von 1 x 110 V bis 3 x 480 V
angeschlossen werden. Der Pressenhub
kann zwischen 10 und 40 mm frei pro-
grammiert werden.
Schnittstellen für Modulzubehör
Schnittstellen für Kontaktzuführung,Über-
wachung des Kontaktendes, Papierauf-
wickler als auch externe Kontaktstreifen-
schneider sind standardmäßig vorhanden
und können mittels OMI parametrisiert
werden.
