8 – Other settings and information display
Monitoring point setting
You can set whether the monitoring output signal is from before
or after the Online fader.
1. Press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
2. Open the
SYSTEM
menu.
3. Select
MONITORINGPOINT
.
4. Press the DATA dial to move the cursor right to select the
setting.
5. Turn the DATA dial to set the monitoring point.
PreFader
(default value): Monitor the signal before the
Online fader
PstFader
: Monitor the signal after the Online fader
6. After completing the setting, press the HOME button to
return to the Home Screen.
NOTE
The monitoring point setting is retained even when the power is
turned OFF.
Muting monitoring when online
You can set whether or not monitoring output is automatically
muted during online playback.
1. Press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
2. Open the SYSTEM menu.
3. Select
MON MUTE ONLINE
.
4. Press the DATA dial to move the cursor right to select the
setting.
5. Turn the DATA dial to set whether monitoring output
muting during online playback is ON or OFF.
Options:
OFF
,
ON
(default value)
6. After completing the setting, press the HOME button to
return to the Home Screen.
NOTE
The monitor mute online setting is retained even when the power
is turned OFF.
Importing menu settings
You can import settings that have been saved on a CF card and
use them as the unit's menu settings.
Load a CF card containing saved menu settings.
1. Press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
2. Open the
SYSTEM
menu.
3. Select
MENU IMPORT
.
3. Press the DATA dial to open a confirmation pop-up
message.
4. Press the DATA dial again to import settings from the CF
card.
5. When importing completes, the pop-up disappears and
the
SYSTEM
menu screen reopens.
6. Press the HOME button to return to the Home Screen.
NOTE
The LCD CONTRAST, LCD BRIGHTNESS and LED BRIGHTNESS
settings of the SYSTEM menu are not imported.
Exporting menu settings
You can save the unit's
MENU
screen settings to a CF card.
1. Press the MENU button to open the
MENU
screen.
2. Open the
SYSTEM
menu.
3. Select
MENU EXPORT
.
3. Press the DATA dial to open a confirmation pop-up
message.
4. Press the DATA dial again to export the settings to the CF
card.
5. When exporting complete, the pop-up disappears and
the
SYSTEM
menu screen reopens.
6. Press the HOME button to return to the Home Screen.
NOTE
The LCD CONTRAST, LCD BRIGHTNESS and LED BRIGHTNESS
settings of the SYSTEM menu are not exported.
