Note for installers
Before installing outdoor unit ducting, be sure to remove the unit's steel mesh cover, otherwise airflow
will be adversely affected.
In areas of high snow f all, snow shields should be installed on
air inlets and outlets t o prevent snow from entering the units.
Additionally, the height of t he base structures should be
increased so as to raise t he unit s f urther off t he ground.
