Louvred Cafe Door Installation

Step 1: Mount top pivot to top of door 9/16”

from finished back edge of door.

Pre-Drill Holes with 1/8” drill bit before

installing Philips countersunk screws.

Step 2: Mount bottom pivot to bottom of

door ½” from finished edge of doors.

Pre-Drill Holes with 1/8” drill bit before

installing round panhead screws.

Step 3: Flip white nylon ramp to

opposite side of bottom bracket to

look like Image A.

Step 4: Mount bottom bracket to

door jamb using Phillips countersunk

screws. Pre-Drill Holes with 3/32”

drill bit.

Step 5: Set door into bottom bracket. Locate screw hole

positions for top bracket on jamb. Mount top bracket to

jamb using round panhead screws, allowing 3/8” height

between top bracket and top pivot (see install image on the

left). This will compensate for the rise of door when swung

into open position. Pre-Drill Holes with 3/32” drill bit.

Step 6: Align door by adjusting screw in bottom door plate.
