How to Use Hints and Tips Before first use remove all packaging. Wash the beater, whisk, dough hook and bowl in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroghly. Start with a low speed then gradually increase for best results. Before assembling the mixer, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed selector is in the 0 position. During kneading, some flour may adhere to the inside of the bowl.

Cleaning and Maintenance BS Plug Wiring Unplug the appliance and allow the motor to cool down before cleaning. The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: Caution: The mixer cannot be immersed in water or other liquid. BLUE BROWN Wipe over the outside surface of the head and base with a dampened cloth and dry with a soft dry cloth.
