Operating Your Wine Cellar NOTE: Allow unit temperature to stabilize for 24 hours before use. The Control Panel: • To control the upper zone temperature, press the UP and DOWN buttons on the left side where you see the words Upper Zone (Zone I). Each press will adjust the temperature by 1°C between 5° and 10°C, or 1°F between 40° and 50°F. • To control the lower zone temperature, press the UP and DOWN buttons on the right side where you see the words Lower Zone (Zone II).

Troubleshooting You can solve many common wine cellar problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the service center. PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE Wine cellar does not operate. Not plugged in. Incorrect voltage supply. Circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown. The wine cellar does not get cold enough. Check the temperature control setting. External environment may require a higher setting.
