US Terms and Conditions of Sale Limited Warranty
Stratco (US) Incorporated warrants to its trade customers that
its products will be free from original defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery.
Within the warranty period and upon due notice and delivery of
defective products to Stratco (US) Incorporated, Stratco (US)
Incorporated agrees to repair or replace only product
determined by Stratco (US) Incorporated to be defective. In no
event shall Stratco (US) Incorporated be liable for payment of
any charges or expenses other than the cost of performing its
obligation to repair or replace at Stratco (US) Incorporated in
accordance with this basic commercial warranty.
Misuse, neglect or unauthorized repairs shall void this warranty.
The warranty is expressly limited to Stratco (US) Incorporated
products only.
Stratco (US) Incorporated shall not be liable for incidental or
consequential damages of any nature Stratco (US)
Incorporated’s sole liability shall be for the repair or
replacement of defective parts at Stratco (US) Incorporated’s
sole discretion pursuant with this warranty.
This warranty applies only to Stratco (US) Incorporated
products and expressly does not apply to any product used in
conjunction with Stratco (US) Incorporated products.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are
subject to government restrictions, failure by our
suppliers to deliver, fires, strikes or other causes
beyond our control
Other Conditions of Sales
The laws of Florida apply to all Stratco (US)
Incorporated contracts and commercial dealings.
When you deal with Stratco (US) Incorporated you
will be understood to agree to that. State and local
laws vary widely on the subject of commercial credit
interest and late charges. The Federal Usury
Preemption Law currently in effect will apply to all
Stratco (US) Incorporated transactions wherever
applicable.
Stratco (US) Incorporated makes no other warranties expressed
or implied. No agent, distributor, representative, or anyone else
has the authority to waive, alter, or add to the printed provisions
of this warranty, to make any representation or warranty not
contained herein, or to extend this warranty to anyone other than
the original user. Stratco (US) Incorporated reserves the right to
redesign or modify its products without incurring further liability.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Possession of Stratco (US) Incorporated’s catalog or price
list does not constitute an offer to sell nor a right to
purchase.
Returned Merchandise
No returns accepted after 90 days or without prior approval
and a Returned Goods Acceptance issued. Returned
goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned
shipments must be freight prepaid. Credit will not be given
for obsolete or shopworn equipment. Returned products
must be in re-sellable Stratco (US) Incorporated
packaging. Special order items may not be returned for
credit.
Shortages
Claims for shortages or errors in shipping must be in
writing and will not be recognized after seven days from
the date of delivery.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We will dispatch goods at the current price. Customers may
request confirmation of current prices when ordering.
