Introduction Thank you for purchasing the Gazebo GZ506D. When properly assembled and maintained, this gazebo will provide many years of enjoyment! These instructions include helpful hints and important information needed to safely assemble and properly maintain the gazebo. Please read these instructions completely before you begin. Our patented gazebo has been designed for easy assembly. All steps can be completed by a team of two people. The assembly should take about two hours.
Table of Contents Safety Advice • The gazebo must be positioned and fixed on a flat level surface. • Dispose of all plastic bags safely. Keep them out of the reach of children. • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area until the work is completed. • Always wear shoes, gloves and safety goggles when working. • Take special care not to touch overhead power lines with the aluminium profiles. • Do not attempt to assemble the gazebo in windy or wet conditions.
List of Parts The gazebo is shipped in two cartons. These cartons are heavy. Be careful when lifting them. Wear proper safety gear including work shoes, gloves and goggles. The parts are identified by removable stickers. Place all the parts for each step in staging areas, checking that you have all parts as you go. STEP 1 Assembling the Corner Profiles Place all the parts on a level surface. Make sure the pieces are in the correct positions before assembling. Carefully follow the order of assembly to ensure an easy installation. Wear proper safety gear including work shoes, gloves and goggles. Components 1.A Place corner profiles (1) parallel to each other the ground. Slide support plates (2) into corner profiles from the end with the single screw hole, as shown.
STEP 2 Attaching Roof Profiles to Corner Profiles 2.A Slide eleven hooks (26) into rails in three profiles (3) as shown, to prepare for the hanging of curtains (25) in Step 8. 2.C Using at least two people, attach the three remaining roof profiles (3) to the three corner profile sets (1+3+1) as shown, making sure the side with the ridge faces toward the corner profiles. STEP 3 Attaching the Roof Connectors 3.A Attach roof connectors (9) to roof profiles (3) as shown, using one screw (15) for each connector. STEP 4 Securing the Gazebo to the Ground 4 Fasten the gazebo frame to the ground, using three spikes (21) for each support plate. IMPORTANT: The roof gable profiles (4) have pre-drilled screw holes underneath on each end.

STEP 6 Installing the Roof Panels Remove protective plastic from both sides of upper roof panels (6,8). Place side to face toward the sun facing out when installing. Components 6 Slide one upper roof panel (6) into groove of roof connector profile (7A) and slide this set between roof gable profiles (4) towards the top of the gazebo Follow with roof connector profile (7) and roof panel (8).
STEP 7 Installing the Roof Gable Covers and End Covers 7.A Components Slide upper end of roof gable cover profiles (5) under roof top plate (13) as shown and lower the profiles to fit snugly into roof gable profiles (4). Roof gable cover (5) Screw (17) x6 5 5 4 7.B www.stcny.com x 30 5 17 24 From below the gazebo roof, fix roof gable covers (5) to roof gable profiles (4) using screws (17) through pre-drilled screw holes at mid point and end of profiles.
STEP 8 Hanging the Curtains 8 Hang one piece of curtain (25) on the hooks in the rail of one roof profile (3). After hanging one piece of curtain on the rail, pull it from the mid point of the 1st rail to the mid point of the 3rd rail. Components The plastic hooks can smoothly pass the corner position (connecting position) of two rails. Curtain (25) x3 The three curtains can be connected to each other with zippers according to requirement.
