1 Overview
The CareView 750Cw/CareView 750C detector is a class of digital X-ray flat panel detector that has an
imaging area of 244mm×307mm. The CareView 750Cw detector communicates with wireless and an
optional wired communication feature (Giga-bit Ethernet communication mode via connecting the
power box).
The detector functions by intercepting X-ray photons. Then the scintillator emits visible spectrum
photons that illuminate an array of photo detectors (a-Si) that create electrical signals. The electrical
signals are then digitally converted to display an image on the monitor.
The detector should be connected to a computer and X-ray generator to digitize X-ray images and
transfer radiography diagnostics.
1.1 Features
Supports wireless communication (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n) and double frequency (2.4GHz/5GHz) for
CareView 750Cw.
10"x12" cassette-size detector easily fits into standard bucky tray cabinets to upgrade old systems,
while also fitting many general radiography imaging systems.
Designed for portability and stability on uneven terrain with its lightweight design, simple wiring,
rubber-insulated frame, and high-strength aluminum-alloy case.
No not need to be connected to generator due to patented Full-Field Automatic Exposure Detection
(F
2
AED) Technology.
High capacity battery and low-power operation ensure hundreds of X-ray shots in a single-charge.
1.2 Intended Use
The CareView 750Cw/CareView 750C detector is indicated for digital imaging solution designed for
providing general radiographic diagnosis of human anatomy. It is intended to replace radiographic
film/screen systems in all general-purpose diagnostic procedures. This product is not intended for
mammography applications.
1.3 Typical Patient Doses
Typical patient dosage is shown in the table on the following page. Results may vary in practical
conditions.
