• Investigate with “Troubleshooting” (page 27) to help remedy the
problem.
• Turn off the player and disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead).
Wait for more than 2 minutes and then reconnect the AC power cord
(mains lead).
Record the serial number (S/N) in the space provided below. Provide this number to your
Sony dealer to get quicker action whenever you call them regarding this product.
