Spoken subtitle
Switches to broadcast for the spoken
subtitle audio if TV channels
broadcast such information.
Primary Preferred Language
Select the preferred language used for
a programme. Some digital channels
may broadcast several audio languages
for a programme.
Secondary Preferred Language
Select the secondary preferred
language used for a programme. Some
digital channels may broadcast several
audio languages for a programme.
Mixing Level
Adjusts the TV main audio and Audio
Description output levels.
Hint
• This option is only available when [Audio
Description] in [Audio type (Audio
description)] is set.
Guide set-up:
Update Guide in standby
TV obtains EPG data during standby
mode.
Technical Set-up:
Auto Service Update
Enables the TV to detect and store new
digital services as they become
available.
Service Replacement
Select [On] to automatically change the
channel when broadcaster changes
transmission of the viewing programme
to a different channel.
Programme List Transfer
Import or export tuned programmes
using USB device.
Satellite Set-up:
Allows you to automatically tune
satellite channels.
Digital satellite tuning
Tunes in the available satellite service.
This option allows you to retune the TV
after moving house, or to search for
new channels that have been launched
by broadcasters.

• You can decide the installation type and set
up the tuning options according to setting
mentioned below:
Antenna Configuration
Allows you to select the Single Cable
Distribution, Fixed Antenna or DiSEqc.
Your satellite installation type may be Single
Cable Distribution, Fixed Antenna or DiSEqc.
Single Cable installations enable delivery of
satellite programmes for multiple receivers
over a single coaxial cable. Each receiver or
tuner is allocated one user ‘band’.
DiSEqC installations allow you connect to
multiple satellite dishes or LNBs if you have
them, and to select between them using
the TV control.
Fixed Antenna is usually the simplest
installation type, where there is one satellite
dish and LNB.
Band
The number of the user band allocated to
the TV or tuner.
Band Frequency
The frequency of the user band allocated to
the TV or tuner.
Other (General Satellite)
The TV will search for satellite services
based on group of general settings.
DiSEqC Control
Settings for controlling additional satellite
equipment such as satellite selector
switches.
Scan Type
Full Scan performs a scan of all available
satellite frequencies.
Network Scan performs a scan based on
predefined network parameters.
Manual Scan allows you to set the scan
frequency and other transponder
parameters.
Hint
• If services are missing after this Network
Scan, please perform the full scan.
Satellite Programme List Edit
Removes any unwanted satellite service
stored on the TV, and changes the order
of the satellite service stored on the TV.
Satellite Auto Service Update
Enables the TV to detect and store new
satellite services as they become
available.
