1. Safety instructions Place the device on a solid, level surface. Ensure that • • • • • • the device is not covered, so that there is always sufficient air circulation; no direct heat sources (e.g. radiators) are affecting the device; the device is not exposed to direct sunlight; contact with humidity, water or splashed water is avoided (for example, don’t place any vases on the device); the device is not in the immediate vicinity of magnetic fields (e.g.
This cubo model has an replaceable battery (CLOCK BATTERY) to allow the clock memory to be saved. In case of a disruption to the power supply, e.g. due to a power outage, your clock settings and alarm times will be stored. The illuminated display and the alarm functions will be switched off. As soon as the power supply is restored, the display will indicate the correct time and the alarm functions are re-activated.
2. Getting started 2.1 Standby / Switching on / Switching off When the device is supplied with power, it will go into standby mode. The time in the display will light up. To switch the device on, press STANDBY. Press Standby again to switch the device off. 2.2 Connecting headphones You can also connect headphones to the device. If the radio reception is not to your liking, then you can either connect cubo to a rooftop aerial or try to improve the reception quality by adjusting the wire antenna.
6.2 Track search During playback, press and hold one of the Skip buttons and the search will start. Let go of the button at the desired position. 6.3 Repeat 1. During CD playback, press Menu twice. 2. Use the Skip Forward button to select REP 1 (the track currently playing is repeated endlessly) or REP ALL (all tracks are repeated). 3. Then press Menu again to confirm your selection. 6.7 Mute During audio playback, press the Snooze button to mute the sound. Push the button again to turn the sound back on. 8. Alarm mode 8.1 Alarm function This device allows you to set two different alarm times. 1. Press and hold one of the two alarm buttons until the time display flashes. 2. Use the volume controls to select the hour and confirm with the Skip button. 3. Set the desired minutes using the volume controls. 4. Confirm your choice by pressing the Alarm button. 5. Now use the Mode button to select whether you want to be woken by CD, iPod®, AUX*, FM playback or by a buzzer. 6.

10. Troubleshooting Caution! Do not try to repair the device yourself under any circumstances as this will void any warranty claim. Do not open the casing, as there is a danger of electric shock. If there is a malfunction, first check the items listed below before bringing the device in for repair. If you are unable to remedy a defect based on these recommendations, please contact your dealer or our customer service.

4. Réglage des fonctions de base 4.1 Réglage de l’heure 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Allumez l’appareil en mode Veille. Appuyez sur Menu, l'heure clignote. Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur Menu, les heures affichées clignotent. Réglez l’heure souhaitée en appuyant sur les touches de réglage du volume. Pour mettre en mémoire, appuyez une nouvelle fois sur Menu. 4.

À l’aide de la touche Skip Forward, sélectionnez REP 1 (le titre en cours de lecture est répété à l'infini) ou REP ALL (toutes les pistes seront répétées). 3. Validez la saisie avec Menu. 4.

Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche pour réactiver le son. Mute s’affiche à l’écran.
8. Mode Réveil 8.1 Fonction d’alarme Vous pouvez définir deux heures de réveil/d’alarme différentes. 1. Maintenez l’une des deux touches d’alarme appuyée jusqu’à ce que l’heure clignote. 2. À l’aide des touches du volume, sélectionnez les heures et validez-les à l'aide de la touche Skip. 3. Réglez à présent les minutes en appuyant sur les touches de réglage du volume. 4. Validez votre choix en appuyant sur la touche Alarm correspondante. 5.

Si une défaillance survient, vérifiez d'abord les ponts suivants avant d'emmener votre appareil en réparation. Selezionare con il tasto Skip Forward REP 1 (il titolo attuale viene ripetuto all'infinito) oppure REP ALL (tutti i titoli vengono ripetuti). 3. Confermare i dati premendo Menu. 4.
Ripetere le ultime due operazioni fino alla memorizzazione di tutti i titoli. Per avviare la riproduzione programmata premere nuovamente Menu. Per interrompere la riproduzione programmata premere Stop. Per uscire dalla funzione premere due volte Menu e poi ripetutamente Skip Forward finché si spegne la scritta sul bordo inferiore del display. 10. Om het apparaat in te schakelen, druk op de toets STANDBY. 4. Basisfuncties instellen 4.1 Tijd instellen 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Schakel het apparaat in de standby-stand. Druk op Menu. De tijd knippert. Druk opnieuw op Menu. De urenweergave knippert. Selecteer met ingeschakeld apparaat met de toets Mode de radiostand. Op het display wordt de FM-frequentie weergegeven. Nederlands 5. FM Radiofunctie 5.1 Zenders instellen Druk op Tuning+ of Tuning-, om handmatig zenders te zoeken of houd de toets twee seconden ingedrukt tot de automatische zenderzoekfunctie start. Wanneer de radio-ontvangst niet naar wens is, sluit de cubo dan aan op de kabel of probeer door een andere stand van de dipoolantenne de ontvangstkwaliteit te verbeteren.
6.2 Titelzoekfunctie Houd tijdens de weergave een van de Skip-toetsen ingedrukt om het zoeken te starten. Laat de toets op de gewenste positie weer los. 6.3 Herhalingsfunctie 1. Druk tijdens de CD-weergave tweemaal op Menu. 2. Selecteer met de Skip Forward-toets REP 1 (de op dat moment afgespeelde titel wordt eindeloos herhaald) of REP ALL (alle titels worden herhaald). 3. Bevestig de invoer met Menu. 4.
Nederlands 8. Om de geprogrammeerde weergave af te breken, druk op Stop. 9. Om de functie te beëindigen, druk tweemaal op Menu en vervolgens zo vaak op Skip Forward tot de weergave aan de onderzijde van het display dooft. 10. Druk ter afsluiting opnieuw op Menu om de invoer te bevestigen. 6.7 Geluid uitschakelen Druk tijdens de audioweergave op de toets Snooze om het geluid uit te schakelen. Druk opnieuw op de toets om het geluid weer in te schakelen. Op het display verschijnt Mute.
8. Wekfunctie 8.1 Alarmfunctie U kunt twee verschillende alarm-/wektijden programmeren. 1. Druk op een van de twee Alarm-toetsen en houd deze zolang ingedrukt tot de tijd begint te knipperen. 2. Selecteer met de volumetoetsen de uren en bevestig deze met de Skip-toets. 3. Stel nu de minuten in met de volumetoetsen. 4. Bevestig de invoer met de betreffende Alarm-toets. 5. Selecteer vervolgens met de Mode-toets of u met CD, iPod®, AUX*, FM of Buzzer wilt worden gewekt. 6.

10. Storingen zoeken Let op! Probeer in geen geval het apparaat zelf te repareren; daardoor vervalt de garantie. Open de behuizing niet in verband met het gevaar van een elektrische schok. Controleer bij een storing eerst de hieronder vermelde punten voordat u het apparaat ter reparatie aanbiedt. 1. Indicaciones de seguridad Coloque el aparato sobre una superficie sólida y plana. 2. Puesta en funcionamiento 2.1 Modo en espera / encender / apagar Cuando el aparato recibe corriente eléctrica se encuentra en el modo en espera. Se ilumina la hora en la pantalla. Para encender el aparato, pulse el botón STANDBY. Vuelva a pulsar Standby para volver a apagar el aparato. 2.2 Conexión de los auriculares Este aparato permite conectar unos auriculares. Para ello, conecte los auriculares a la hembrilla que hay en la parte posterior del aparato. 2.

Encienda el aparato y seleccione el modo de radio con el botón Mode. En la pantalla se mostrará la frecuencia de radio FM. Español 5. Radio FM 5.1 Ajuste de las emisoras Pulse Tuning+ o Tuning- para buscar emisoras manualmente o manténgalo pulsado durante dos segundos para iniciar la búsqueda automática. Si la recepción de radio no le resulta satisfactoria, conecte el cubo a la antena del edificio o intente cambiar la orientación de la antena del aparato para mejorar la calidad de recepción.
6.2 Función de búsqueda de títulos Durante la reproducción, mantenga pulsado uno de los botones Skip para iniciar la búsqueda. Cuando se alcance la posición deseada, vuelva a soltar el botón. 6.3 Función de repetición 1. Durante la reproducción de CD, pulse dos veces el botón Menu. 2. Con el botón Skip Forward, seleccione REP 1 (repetir sin fin el título actual) o REP ALL (repetir todos los títulos). 3. Confirme la entrada con Menu. 4.
Español 9. Para finalizar esta función, pulse dos veces Menu y, acto seguido, pulse repetidamente Skip Forward hasta que desaparezca la indicación en la parte inferior de la pantalla. 10. A continuación, vuelva a pulsar Menu para confirmar la entrada. 6.7 Silenciamiento Durante la reproducción, pulse el botón Snooze para silenciar el sonido. Para restablecer el sonido, vuelva a pulsar el mismo botón; en la pantalla aparecerá Mute.
8. Despertador 8.1 Alarma Se pueden programar dos horas de alarma/despertador distintas. 1. Mantenga pulsado uno de los dos botones Alarm hasta que destelle la hora. 2. Seleccione las horas con los botones de volumen y confirme con el botón Skip. 3. Acto seguido, ajuste los minutos con los botones de volumen. 4. Confirme la entrada con el botón Alarm correspondiente. 5. A continuación, seleccione con el botón Mode si desea que la alarma utilice el CD, el iPod®, la entrada AUX*, la radio FM o el zumbador. 6.
