7.4 Proving and defrosting functions
Some models include defrosting and proving functions. Once the
desired function has been selected, the oven will automatically set the internal
temperature (30°C for defrosting, 40°C for proving). Defrosting and proving
times vary depending on the quantity of food or dough put into the oven.
Where these symbols are not present, the special functions can be found under
the same function, indicated by .
The choice of temperature determines whether defrosting or proving takes place
based on the table below.
