1. When using backpressure check
valves only on neccessary stations, en-
ter check valve part number and valve
station number in manifold specifica-
tion sheet.
2. For special DIN rail length, enter
D. ( = number of valve stations.)
Example: D08. In this case, manifold
is mounted on DIN rail for 8 stations,
regardless of actual number of stations
in manifold. Entered number of stations
must be larger than actual number of
stations in manifold. Enter D0 for op-
tions without DIN rail.
3. Ensure that wiring is entered in
manifold specification sheet.
4. For external pilot option “R”,
also enter external pilot option “R” for
valves in question.
5. Option with built-in silencer does
not meet requirement of IP67.
