INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Model FS-RPT
Releasing Transformer
The FS-RPT Releasing Transformer is for the FS-REL Releasing Module of the FS-250 Fire
Alarm
Control Panel. The FS-RPT provides 3.0 Amps of current to the FS-REL Releasing Module
of the FS-250
Fire Alarm Control Panel . The FS-RPT mounts above the standard FS-NPE
transformer(s).

1.) Installation is to be done by qualified
personnel who have thoroughly read
and understood this instruction sheet.

2.) Disconnect BATTERY and AC prior to
working on equipment.
3.) Place the FS-RPT releasing
transformer assembly over the upper
pair of studs on the left side of the
enclosure.
4.) Tighten transformer-mounting nuts.
5.) Plug the transformer assembly 6-pin
connector to J3 on the Main
Termination Board and 2-pin
connector to J3 of FS-REL.
6.) Apply power to system.
7.) Check for proper operation.
