9. APP Usage Software Download and Installation: Apple phones can search for MKSLaser in the App Store ,then download and install. Android phones can install the app by copying the MKSLaser installation software from the memory card to the phone. WIFI Connection: The phone needs to be in the same network environment as the engraver. On the main screen of the app, click on the connection icon in the upper left corner You can choose the material, create, control, and engrave on the home page.
10. Online Engraving For engraving over USB, you connect the computer and the engraving machine using the data cable. While engraving, the computer cannot be powered off, and the computer cannot enter the screen saver or hibernate, to prevent data transfer failure. Check whether the synchronous belt for X/Yaxis are moving. 2. Check whether the speed of the engraving file is too fast. 1. After loosening the fixing screws of the too loose timing belt, re-stretch the timing belt and set it with the fixing screws. 2. Reduce the engraving speed when slicing files. 3. Check wire connections if belt is tight.
