Troubleshooting:

Please try following steps: Plug in the
charger
-If the screen shows charging or
starting up within 10 minutes, the
battery has no power (low power
protection). Please wait for the battery
full and continue to using. It usually
takes 4 hours for fully charging.
(Power-on and charging times depend
on the size of the charging current)
2. Why is there no response after
pressing keys?
Please try following operations:
- Press long Power OFF key for 8
seconds, Or press the reset button
under the devic。
