A dish can be placed below the meat if gravy is to be made from the drippings. 2. Less tender cuts of meat can be roasted and tenderized using oven cooking bags. 3. When baking, check for doneness after time has elapsed. If not completely done, let stand in oven a few minutes to complete cooking.

Oven temperature cannot be changed. Use BROIL setting for steaks, chops, chicken pieces and many other foods. See Convection Broiling Chart in cookbook. Slow Cook is preset at 300°F for 4 hours. The temperature can be changed to below 300°F. The cooking time cannot be changed.

Do not use any type of household or abrasive cleaner. Door Wipe the window on both sides with a damp cloth to remove any spills or spatters. Metal parts will be easier to maintain if wiped frequently with a damp cloth. Avoid the use of harsh abrasives. Touch Control Panel Care should be taken in cleaning the touch control panel.
