INTRODUCTION
Thank you for taking the time to view the Sharp Reseller Support Handbook. This document has been developed
to provide new and existing authorised Sharp resellers with an easy to use reference handbook detailing the pre
and post-sales support that we can offer you and how you can contact us.
Sharp provides support on hardware, connectivity and solutions products to its authorised resellers. Direct
communication and support to the end customer is the responsibility of our authorised reseller unless the service
and support for this customer has been passed to direct service operation within Sharp Business Systems UK
(SBS). Please refer to page 11 of this document for the options in escalating to SBS direct.
To ensure our mutual customers receive the most efficient level of service and support, it is important that this
document is read by both sales and service teams within the Sharp reseller organisation. By using this document
in conjunction with the various online tools that we have to offer, we are confident of delivering the highest
possible quality of pre and post-sales support to you our authorised reseller.
