QUOTING THE IDEAL SOLUTION
After receiving a completed Discovery Document (either the PDF or via the support portal) our Professional
Services team will provide you with a solutions quote and a Statement of Work Document. The Statement of
Work Document details our chosen recommended solution, its benefits, the functionality it will offer, the training
that would be provided to the customer, the server requirements, and the support requirements from the
customer on the day of installation. If Sharp are to be used for implementation of this solution or where the post
sales solutions support is to be passed to the direct operation of Sharp Business Systems, we ask that this
document is signed and returned by the customer prior to offering an installation date. This document ensures
that all parties agree on what will be provided as part of this solution.
SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION & SIGN OFF
If the Sharp Professional Services team are to install the solution on your behalf a solution implementation document
is completed. This document will detail the requirements from the Statement of Work and is used to obtain sign off
by the customer. The first level support for the solution is then either provided by yourselves or if requested by the
direct service operation of Sharp Business Systems.
SOLUTION ORDERS
Please be aware that any solution order placed with Sharp will require a Solutions Order Data Form completing
and sending to the Sharp ordering team at the time of order. This document can be downloaded from SharpONE.
