Is the paper loaded correctly?
Fan the paper well
before loading it.

The paper must not exceed the
maximum number of sheets and must
not be higher than the indicator line.

Do not load the paper as shown below.
If you are loading
paper of length
greater than 250 mm
(9-27/32”), open the
extension tray.
After loading the paper, close the guides to
the paper width not to leave the gap from
the guides A and B.
