Copy / Print
Insert Separator (New!)
Users can insert separator pages for every specified number of
copies or for every job before they are output. This improves ‘sort’
jobs when delivering copies, or prevents paper mixing.
Note: A finisher, saddle finisher or high capacity stacker is required to use the
Separator Page function.
Covers/ Inserts (Upgraded!)
Compared to MX-M1100 / MX-M950 / MX-M850, this feature is has been upgraded. The upgraded points are
as follows:
1. Up to 11 types of insert sheets can be inserted
2. It is able to combine with Z-folding
3. Covers or inserts can be continuously inserted
4. Insertion just before back cover is supported

Pamphlet Style – Full Image Pamphlet (Same as MX-7040N / MX-6240N)
Sharp MFPs produce various pamphlet styles, ie, Tiled Pamphlet, 2-Up Pamphlet, Multiple Tiled Pamphlet, and
Multiple 2-Up Pamphlet. In addition, the MX-M1204/ MX-M1054 / MX-M904 can produce Full Image Pamphlet.
If users select existing four pamphlet styles, the paper to print data is twice as large as the paper size specified in
the application such as Word or Excel, and the data is automatically ‘fit’ into the paper size. On the other hand, if
users select Full Image Pamphlet, they can choose the “Fit to Page Print” setting. Then, they can choose the paper
size larger than the size that they choose at the “Fit to Page Print” setting. Therefore, users don’t need to
consider the margin setting. This feature can only be used on PCL6.
