AUTOMATIC DEFROST CHART
NOTE:
1 Steaks, Chops, Fish fillets and Chicken legs should be frozen in one layer.
2 For shielding the defrosted parts, use small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
3 The poultry should be cooked immediately after defrosting.
4 Arrange the food in the oven as shown below:

PROCEDURE
Place a plate upside down on the turntable
and put the poultry breast side down on
the plate.
When the oven stops and the audible
signal sounds, turnover and shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
After defrosting, cover with aluminium foil
and stand for 30 - 90 minutes until
thoroughly defrosted.
Finally clean the poultry under running water.
Place the food on a plate in the centre of
the turntable.
When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.
Place the food in a single layer on a plate
in the centre of the turntable. If portions are
frozen together, try to seperate before
defrosting.
When the oven stops and the audible
signals sound, turn the food over,
rearrange and separate. Shield the thin
parts and warm spots with aluminium foil.
After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil for
10 - 30 minutes, until thoroughly defrosted.
