Auto pickup / auto hang up
The “AUTO PICKUP” function allows
you to answer a call by simply lifting the
cordless handset from the charger
(without the need to press ).
The “AUTO HANG UP” function allows
you to end a call by simply replacing the
cordless handset in the charger (without
the need to press ).
1 Press or until “SETTINGS”
appears and press OK.
2 Press or to select “AUTO
PICKUP” or “AUTO HANG UP”, and
press (Valid.).
3 The screen indicates the current
status of the function (on or off).
• To keep the current status, press
(Valid.).
• To change the status, press
(Edit). When the desired status
appears, press (Valid.).
4 To exit the menu, press .
Display language
Use this setting to select the language
that is used in the display.
1 Press or until “SETTINGS”
appears and press OK.
2 Press or to select
“LANGUAGE”, and press
(Valid.).
3 The screen indicates the currently
selected language.
• To keep the current language, press
(Valid.).
• To change the language, press
(Edit). Press or to select the
desired language, and press
(Valid.). The newly selected
language will appear.
4 To exit the menu, press .
Voice box number
If you subscribe to a voice mail service
from your phone company, you can use
this setting to store the phone number
of your voice mail service.
♦ Once you have stored the number of
your voice mail service, you can
automatically dial the number by
simply holding down .
1 Press or until “SETTINGS”
appears and press OK.
2 Press or to select “VOICE BOX
No”, and press (Valid.).
3 If a number is already stored, the
number will appear.
• To keep the current number, press
(Valid.).
• To set or change the number, press
(Edit). Enter the number (press
C if needed to delete digits) and then
press (Valid.).
4 To exit the menu, press .
