Removing the software
To remove the software installed using the
installer, follow the steps below.
1) Click the [Start] button, select [Settings]
[System] [Apps and Features].
(In Windows 8.1/Windows Server 2012,
right-click the [Start] button, select [Control
Panel] [Uninstall a program].)
2) Select [SHARP Driver Uninstall Tool] and click
[Uninstall].
3) Select the printer driver or the PC-Fax driver
that you want to delete from the list, and click
the [Remove] button.
4) Click the [Close] button.
5) Select the other software that you want to
delete from the list, and delete.
6) Restart your computer.
Trouble with macOS

The machine is not detected
Is the machine power on?
If the machine is powered off, it will not be
detected. Switch on the main power switch and
search again after powering on the machine.
Is your computer connected correctly to the
machine?
Make sure that the cable is connected securely to
the LAN connectors on your computer and the
machine. Check the connections at the hub as
well.

Removing the software
Delete the printer that uses the machine's PPD
file from the printer list. To show the printer list,
see step 10 of "macOS / Installing the printer
driver
(page 18)".
