View Menu Commands
The View menu contains various commands that allow you to look at
documents in the SHARP Desktop in different ways. To use any of
the commands described below, go to the View menu and select the
desired command.
• Toolbars
Select Toolbar to hide and display the Standard toolbar, the Status
Bar, or the Image Toolbox.
• Sort
The Sort command enables you to sort your documents in a variety
of ways, by name, date, number of pages, and author, as well as in
ascending and descending order while you are in List View or
Thumbnail View.
• Previous Page
While in Page View or Thumbnail View, selecting this command will
move you to the previous page of a stacked document.
• Next Page
While in Page View or Thumbnail View, selecting this command will
move you to the next page of a stacked document.
