Step 2 å Turn twelve CAM SCREWS (8F) into the LEGS (K2), SKIRTS (O and P), and SHELF MOLDING (U). å Push twelve HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the ENDS (A and B), SHELF (G2), and BACK SKIRT (Q). Step 3 å Fasten a CABINET RIGHT (35GA) to the RIGHT END (A) and UPPER UPRIGHT (C) and a CABINET LEFT (35GB) to the LEFT END (B) and UPPER UPRIGHT (C). Use eight GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. Remember: Righty tighty. Lefty loosey.
Step 4 å Fasten the LEGS (K2) to the ENDS (A and B). Tighten six HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the FEET (W) to the LEGS (K2). Use two BLACK 1-7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16S). Step 5 å Fasten the SIDE SKIRTS (O and P) to the BACK SKIRT (Q) as shown in the upper diagram. Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS. å Fasten the SKIRTS (O, P, and Q) to the TOP (E) as shown in the lower diagram. Use seven BLACK 1-9/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (30S). Step 6 å Fasten the LEFT END (B) and UPPER UPRIGHT (C) to the TOP (E). Tighten four TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Caution Do not stand the unit upright without the BACK fastened. The unit may collapse. How to use the SAUDER TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER 1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part. NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER. 2.
Step 7 å Fasten the SHELF (G2) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the SHELF (G2) to the UPPER UPRIGHT (C). Use two BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (113S). å Fasten the LOWER UPRIGHT (D) to the SHELF (G2). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. Step 8 å Fasten the BOTTOM (F2) to the LEFT END (B). Tighten two TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS. å Fasten the BOTTOM (F2) to the LOWER UPRIGHT (D). Use two BLACK 1-15/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (113S). å Fasten the RIGHT END (A) to the TOP (E), BOTTOM (F2), and SHELF (G2). Step 9 å Fasten three METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the UPPER MOLDING (V) as shown in the upper diagram. Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten four METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the BOTTOM (F2) as shown in the lower diagram. Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S). å Fasten the UPPER MOLDING (V) to the ENDS (A and B) and UPPER UPRIGHT (C). Use three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through the METAL BRACKETS (4G) and into the ENDS and UPRIGHT.
Step 10 å Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the BACK (H) and lay it over your unit. å Make equal margins along all four edges of the BACK (H). Push on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it “square”. å å Fasten the BACK (H) to your unit using the NAILS (1N). å NOTE: Perforations have been provided for access through the BACK. Carefully cut out the holes needed. å Fasten the FOOT PLATE (T) to the BOTTOM (F2). Use two SILVER 7/8" PAN HEAD SCREWS (22S).
Step 11 å å Carefully stand your unit upright. å NOTE: The DIVIDERS must be inserted as shown in order for the finished edges to be out. å Insert the SHORT DIVIDERS (M) into the unit by sliding them between the SUPPORT PINS (5R) on both sides of the LONG DIVIDER (L). Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms. Insert the SUPPORT PINS (5R) into the holes in the LONG DIVIDER (L). Now, insert the LONG DIVIDER (L) on a diagonal into the unit.
Step 12 å Fasten two HINGES (14H) to each DOOR (I). Use eight BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S). 11S BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREW (8 used in this step) 14H I I 14H Page 16 414844 www.sauder.
Step 13 å Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the right diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw. å Fasten a DOOR (I) to the LEFT END (B) as shown in the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them. å Fasten a KNOB (17K) to the DOOR (I). Use a GOLD 1" MACHINE SCREW (50S).
Step 14 å Refer to the enlarged diagram to identify the parts on the HINGES. å The DOORS may need some adjustments. Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal) turn the adjusting screw in or out. å To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.
Step 15 VIEW THE T-LOCK BOX VIDEO 1 2 The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots. With the palm of your hand, tap the DRAWER BOTTOM down into the groove. D621 Un fi su nish rfa ed ce D83 D83 D84 R R D84 Be sure the DRAWER BOTTOM inserts into the DRAWER FRONT groove. Groove å Insert the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84) at an angle into the slot at each end of the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (R).
Step 16 å Insert a SLIDE CAM (10A) into the DRAWER SIDES (D83 and D84). å Fasten a DRAWER RIGHT (35GC) to the RIGHT DRAWER SIDE (D83) and a DRAWER LEFT (35GD) to the LEFT DRAWER SIDE (D84). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #3. å NOTE: The screw head in the CAM must be visible through the slotted hole in the SLIDE. å Fasten a KNOB (17K) to the RIGHT DRAWER FRONT (R). Use a BLACK 7/8" MACHINE SCREW (37S). å Repeat this step for the other drawer.
Step 17 å å Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). å To insert the drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawers down and drop the rollers on the drawers behind the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. å å Center a SCREW COVER (20P) over the head of each visible SCREW and press firmly. Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHTS (C and D).
Step 18 å To make adjustments to the drawer, loosen SCREW #3 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when finished with adjustments.

PASO 1 PASO 7 No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso.
