TOOLS REQUIRED:
Tapeline
• Knife
• Drill
• Screwdriver
• Compound miter saw or handsaw
• Adhesive (“liquid nails or PVA in the bottle with a narrow nozzle)
Step 1
Check the completeness of the product
before installation.
1. Door leaf – 2 pcs
2. Doorframe set (Pic. 1.1):
2.1. Jamb – 2 pcs
2.2. Head – 1 pcs
3. Door latch with a handles and
strike plate – 1 set (Pic. 1.2)
4. Door hinge – 2 pcs (Pic. 1.3)
5. Casing set for two door sides:
5.1. Side casing – 4 pcs
5.2. Head casing – 2 pcs
6. Weather strip (seal)
Step 11
Install the door latch and the handles (3) on the active door leaf (Pic. 23, Pic. 24) and the strike plate on the
inactive door leaf (Pic. 25) according to installation instructions.
Step 12
Cut o the side casings (5.1) to ensure that they are higher than the doorframe on 9/16” (Pic. 26).
Remove the lateral leg in order to t the side casing (Pic. 27).
Apply the adhesive on the inner side of the casings leg (Pic. 28) and insert the side casings into the grooves
of the doorframe (Pic. 29).
Measure the distance between
the side casings (Pic. 30).
Cut o the head casings (5.2)
of required length.
Apply the adhesive on the inner
side of the casing leg (Pic. 28) and
insert the top casing into
the groove of the doorframe.

Insert the door leaves (1) into
the doorframe and x the
hinges with the screws in the pre-marked places (see the step 4).

Insert the weather strip
(seal) (6) into the
doorframe grooves (2).
