FREIGHT POLICY - OPEN ACCOUNTS
A. SHIPPING CHARGES:
1. The actual freight cost will be charged to the account as a “Shipping Charge” *. All shipments
will be via UPS ground. The original freight charge will cover all back orders for the original
order.
2. Special Freight arrangements are available by request.

B. SHORT SHIPMENTS:
1. If you discover a short shipment of parts and/or accessories in comparison with a Sanyo Fisher
Service Packing Slip/Invoice, this must be reported to the Sanyo Fisher Service Parts Center
within ten (10) working days upon receipt of the shipment.
2. The amount of the items that were short shipped will be credited to your account by the Credit
Department.
3. All Sanyo Fisher Service invoices must be paid in full within your payment terms. Sanyo Fisher
Service does not permit customer deductions from remittances. Unauthorized payment deductions
could lead to past due status and any future orders will be subject to “Credit Hold.”
* Sanyo Fisher Service defines all Shipping Charges to be FOB point of Origin.
