CAUTION! Before installing duct kit, disconnect dehumidiﬁer from electrical power

and disconnect duct work if previously installed.

Step 2: Remove backing paper from foam strip and attach around the perimeter of the air intake opening. Foam should

be ﬂush to the edge of the opening.

Note: It is best to start at the bottom left corner and work clockwise around the opening. Extra length can be overlapped

or trimmed to ﬁt.

Step 3: Using the self-drilling Hex screws, attach the duct plate with collar to the dehumidifier. Attach the top two screws first. On the top, the duct plate with collar will attach where the screws were previously removed. On the bottom, the duct plate will require new holes drilled into the unit. Do not over tighten the screws. Note: 35" foam tape can be used to wrap around the duct collar to provide a seal between the duct collar and the duct plate (optional). Step 4: Attach ducting as needed.
