Ready or Disk Change line.

This line b eco mes a ctive "LOW" when the drive is se le cted, a disk is
clampedandthespindlemotorisuptospeed.
(after counting at lea st two Index pulses)
Otherwise this line goes logical "HIGH" level.

This line is active "LOW" unless disk is clamped and a Step p ulse is
received when the drive is selected.
