Problem Solution
My player does
not play a video
file but display an
error message.
Retransfer the video file with EmoDio.
The Bluetooth
wireless
connection is not
established.
Check if you are connecting to Bluetooth-
certified stereo headsets. Your player does
not support mono hands-free headsets.
If you restart your player, stereo headset, or
mobile phone, the Bluetooth connection may
be ended. Reconnect again.
If you are connecting to a mobile phone, the
connection with a Bluetooth stereo headset
must be ended. Check if a stereo headset is
connected with your player.
Problem Solution
I cannot
download files to
my player.
Check if the USB cable is correctly
connected. Reconnect it.
Check if you have Windows Media Player
11 or higher installed on your PC. If you
are using old versions, download Windows
Media Player 11 or higher.
Check if the memory is full.
Press the reset button to reset your player.
Files or data are
missing.
Check if you disconnected the USB cable while
transferring files or data. This can cause data
loss or fatal errors in your player. Samsung is
not responsible for any damages resulting from
data loss.
The playing time
does not display
correctly during
playback.
This is normal if the currently playing file is of the
VBR (Variable Bit Rate) format.
The file name
does not display
correctly.
Change the language setting in <Settings>
<Language> <Contents>.
My player is
getting hot to the
touch.
Charging the battery can heat up your player. It
does not affect the player's life or capabilities.
