Application:
1. Load the cartridge assembly into a standard caulking gun.
2. Unscrew the cartridge cap and remove the nozzle plug.
3. Attach the static mixer nozzle. Dispense mixed paste onto work surface.
4. Use the mixed paste within 5 minutes.
Curing:
1. Within 1 - 2 hours of mixing and applying, Rapid Setting Anchoring Epoxy can
be drilled, filed, tapped, and sanded. Cure time to ultimate hardness is 24
hours.
2. Actual cure time is affected by temperature and product amount used: higher
temperatures and larger volumes of material used cure faster.
Precautions:
Minimum temperatures should be 40°F (4°C) with no rain in the forecast within
24 hours of application. For applications outside temperatures and conditions,
contact Sakrete Technical Service.
• Does not adhere to PTFE, polyethylene, or polypropylene.
• Not intended for use in structural applications.

when used or applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This
product is not warranted as suitable for any purpose other than the general
purpose for which it is intended. This warranty runs for one (1) year from the
dates the product is purchased. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO
THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Liability under this warranty is limited to
replacement or defective products or, at the manufacturer’s option, refund of the
purchase price. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOV-

Rapid Setting anchoring epoxy

Fast Setting Anchoring Epoxy is a two-com-
ponent epoxy compound used to anchor bolts or other
metal objects in concrete and masonry. A rapid setting
material that can be used in vertical or horizontal ap-
plications. Its rapid set allows for use in walls and with
minimal run-out.

Preparation:
1. To achieve optimum performance, surfaces and holes should be
dust-free and cleaned of all surface contaminants, such as grease, oil, water,
or dirt.
2. Scuffing, wire brushing, or sanding the surface prior to cleaning helps insure
a good bond. Care should be taken to remove all loose debris from the drilled
hole using a suitable blower or vacuum before applying.
