Preparation
Assembly lnstructions Assemble the side shelves (1) to the cart beams (2) with 8 bolts (A) as shown. Please note: secure and tighten all the bolts until step 3. Assemble the casters (4) to the side shelves by twisting clockwise until tightened, Turn over the bottom assembly when completed and lock all casters to prevent it from moving. Assemble the side shelves (1) to the bottom shelf (3) with 4 bolts (A) .
Assembly lnstructions Align and place the main body (7) onto the side shelves. Remove the rear of main body with 4 bolts, then attach the cart joint (8,9) as shown. Assemble the side table braces (10,11) to the main body with 8 bolts (A) . Fasten the cart joints to each side of main body and cart with 8 bolts (A). Fasten the side table joints (12,13) to side tables (14) with 12 bolts (A). Screw 8 bolts (B) to the side table braces, then attach the side tables to the brace.

STEAK (& ALL MEATS): KABOBS: • Cook food on the charcoal side of the unit, directly above coals/heat. • To grill meats, raise fire grate to high position (hot) and sear for one minute on each side with the lid open to seal in flavor and juices.Then lower fire grate to medium position with lid closed and cook to desired doneness. • Control heat with dual dampers and adjustable fire grate. Tip: Place grilled meat back in the marinade for several minutes before serving – it will become tastier and juicier.
