►► X-Linkage System
The requirements are obvious: no riding
influences, maximum power transmission
and a sensitive response characteristic. The
right position of pivot points, which consider
important dynamic loads (anti squad, anti
dive, pedal response), are those decisive
parameters for a good working full
suspension bike. The ROTWILD X-LINKAGE
four pivot point system provides a maximum
of traction and control for a travel of 150 mm and above. We adapted our tried and
tested carbon fibre technology to the extreme loads of enduro riding. With the
dynamic and durable X-LINKAGE the ROTWILD philosophy of independent
improvement continues – as a new evolutionary step on our way to the ultimative
freeride bike.
►►Competition Geometry
The Competition Geometry of the XC racing
models is matched to the demands of
racing orientated frame geometries. A longer
top tube creates a more stretched riding
position and the simultaneous use of a
shorter stem leads to a more direct steering
action. The lengthened wheelbase ensures a
smoother ride at high speeds and reduces
the roll-over effect on steep gradients.
